Felony charges were dismissed Tuesday against a Somerset teenager who had been accused of trying to force himself on two 16-year-old girls.

Jackson, a gentle elephant from Pittsburgh, and Kallie and Bette, eligible females from Philadelphia, will soon rendezvous at the International Conservation Center in Allegheny and Fairhope townships.

On Tuesday, workers put the final touches on the new PPG Zoo's International Conservation Center in Somerset County.
